Terms of Use
The terms on which this website is made available, and the limits of what it provides.
These terms apply to your use of the Integri Consulting Pty Ltd website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The information here is general, not engineering advice
Nothing on this website is functional safety advice, and nothing on it should be relied on for the design, assessment, verification or operation of any safety-related system.
Descriptions of standards such as IEC 61508 and IEC 61511, safety lifecycle phases, layers of protection, SIL determination and similar material are published to explain what we do. They are general summaries. They are not a substitute for a competent assessment of your specific plant, equipment or duty holder obligations.
Functional safety outcomes depend entirely on site-specific context. Any advice we give is provided under a written engagement, addressed to the party we contract with, and based on the scope, assumptions and limitations recorded in that engagement. Using this website does not create a consultant-client relationship, and does not entitle you to rely on anything published here.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but standards, regulations and our own services change. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or free from error, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. We also do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or free from faults.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the Integri Consulting name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us. You may read, and print or download extracts for your own non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, adapt or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Where we link to external sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, where that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
